4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure you have the necessary rights to upload and publish it. Content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, or violates these Terms may be removed at our discretion.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, moderate, unpublish, or remove any content and to suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines. Users may appeal moderation decisions through the process provided within the Service.

Publish credits may be purchased through supported payment providers. Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors, and completion is confirmed once payment is verified. Credits granted for a completed purchase are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
